Delta Minor is a Greek mythology inspired musical journey that delivers the raw essence of classic rock in an brilliantly imaginative atmosphere. At its core, Delta Minor is a theme album with alternative rock, classic rock, and psychedelic rock influences. The album's constantly evolving moods and musical styles create an unparalleled modern masterpiece that pays homage to the ancient Greek gods and their mythological exploits.

Delta Minor features 10 tracks in total: eight brilliantly executed original compositions complimented by two incredible classic rock cover songs: Achilles Last Stand by Led Zeppelin, and Pandora's Box by Aerosmith. The final result is a legendary mythological musical tale of truly epic proportions.

ABOUT THE BAND

At the wheel, but am not steering, nearing never, never nearing… Formed along the Oregon coast in 2007, Somewhere Stranger, one of the Pacific Northwest's most prodigious musical talents, is best known for composing theatrical rock music inspired by the great British and American classic rock bands of the 1960's & 1970's. Somewhere Stranger's music has a mysterious, and often eerie quality that creates powerful moods and fantastical soundscapes much to the delight of guitar-driven rock aficionados of all ages.

THE MUSIC

Realized, not created strictly with themes, secretly afar where she spins her dreams: The Somewhere Stranger soundtrack is a 34-song rock-opera trilogy split into three volumes released in 2021. Volume 1 begins the tale in a mysterious carnival dripping with intrigue and powered by riff-heavy guitar leads. Volume 2 explores the realms of good versus evil, war and peace, and the forces that drive them. Volume 3 is an existential journey through inner-struggle, redemption and metamorphosis with a phantasmal touch of the supernatural.

This release is currently not available for sale or streaming. But it is tentatively planned to be re-released in the future as a box set entitled Nearing Never.
